Depending on the type of product or service contracted, where a client chooses to de-activate an Account then account data will only be held if there is a valid and legitimate reason so to do and any archived data will be held for a maximum period of 15 years;
Where we communicate with you such data via webchats, emails etc will only be held if there is a valid and legitimate reason so to do and any archived data will be held for a maximum period of 15 years;
Payment data and credit card data is not processed or retained by MTPL. All sensitive transactional payment data is processed and stored in accordance with PCI-DSS regulations by our payment providers.

Bogus use of Log-in and Emails


We will never ask you by email to confirm or divulge your log in details, email address and/or password. If you do receive a suspicious email like this please delete it straight away and contact your customer service adviser immediately.
